That food was delicious. We all enjoyed what we ordered. I would have loved to try the brisket but maybe next time. I thought the fried chicken had a great flavor in my buttermilk fried chicken Beni dish. The service was energetic and attentive. My wife commented to me later that she really enjoyed the ambiance. We would definitely go back to this place and try some other dishes. I don't live in this area so it might take us a while to get back but we will make the effort.

We will be back. Amazing butters and the meat is amazing!!! Solid comfort food! Our service was impeccable and the server was so nice and helpful. We were the only ones there, came in late from grieving back from the Grand Canyon and they were happy to accommodate! Love this hole in the wall on water street. Affordable and yummy!

This was an all around amazing experience! There was an awesome vibe upon walking in. Stacey and Alex were so friendly and welcoming. We ordered the biscuits with honey bourbon butter and hot honey and it was fire! The biscuits transported me back to my childhood when my mom would fix them from scratch. The fried green tomatoes also exceeded my expectations. We ordered the double down with pulled pork and half chicken, street corn, and brisket baked beans. You are missing out if you don't try this restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Excellent happy hour prices! And if you have the pleasure of sitting in Stacy's section, you're in for a treat! Had the best time at Biscuits and Bourbon. The biscuits are to die for, and the drinks are excellent.

Food - delicious breakfast and everything is homemade - especially the biscuits! Great mimosas! Staff - very friendly and extremely resourceful! I wish I could list all of their names, but everyone was professional, knowledgable, friendly, extremely helpful and knew the in's and out's of the menu. Parking - self park on street Would recommend this restaurant for the food, location, & staff. I definitely suggest visiting this "HOT" spot!!

My coworkers and I came here for brunch on a Saturday morning and were greeted and seated right away. They had two menus; one for breakfast and one for lunch/dinner. I ordered a side of their famous biscuits and their bourbon butter spread. The biscuit was warm, fluffy, and buttery. I added the spread and it was nothing extraordinary. I think the biscuit was good on its own. I'm glad I tried it. For my entree I ordered their brisket hash! It was such a large portion! There were huge chunks of brisket, lots of potatoes, an egg a delicious sauce with Chimichurri. Everything was so flavorful! I added their house bbq sauce, which added even more flavor to the dish. My co workers ordered their chicken and waffles, cheddar pulled pork grilled cheese, pork belly basic breakfast and they enjoyed it all! Overall, the ambience was well kept and super clean! The food was delicious and I definitely will be back to try the other items on their menu and eat more of their house made biscuits!

Locals here. 1st time in to this little BBQ joint on Water St in Henderson. We went in for a late lunch. Comfortable setting. Hannah our hostess and server was excellent, engaged, friendly, helpful. The food was really good. This place does meat really well. Smoky, flavorful, meat not covered up with anything but natural flavor. When it showed up, I thought it looked a little small for what we ordered . . . but the portions appearance was deceiving. I ordered the Brisket Hoagie, Burnt Ends Beans, Water Street Corn and Mac & Cheese. The Boss ordered a wedge salad and with chicken. We missed out on the Biscuits and the Bourbon on this visit, but the food was excellent. The Brisket sandwich was delicious with nice chunks of smoked, BBQ'd brisket. The Boss' chicken was large, long excellent pieces of chicken not all glopped up with breading. The corn was excellent. I could have eaten way more of the beans, they were so good with burn ends in them. The Mac & Cheese was big mac covered, smothered, in yellow cheese. So good! Turned out, we couldn't finish what we ordered and left with take-away. If you're in downtown Henderson, this place is worth stopping in to. Next time I'm going with the biscuits and gravy . . .and bourbon!

Best Happy hour in Vegas!!! All this for $60!!!!! Truly a great selection of choices!! Got here around 9pm, they close at 10pm. Service was good, the server was really on point and did everything from wall to wall. I thought she was the owner or GM!!! Nice job. Red shirt, glasses super nice! Food: The nacho fries, with a nice blend of seasoning cheese sauce and pickled and green onions, delicious meat!! Loved it!!! Poutine with an egg, not favorite thing the egg made it taste different than a traditional poutine. Chicken sandwich hit the spot with the dill pickle sauce. We asked to cut in fours so everyone could have some!! We also had some links pretty tasty!! Brisket nachos tasty!!
